Agreement to these terms
AM Design Solutions is operated as a sole proprietorship. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AM Design Solutions website and any inquiry submitted through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Project-specific services are also governed by the proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work accepted by the client.
Services and consultations
AM Design Solutions provides graphic design, branding, marketing creative, and business automation consulting and implementation services. Website descriptions are general information, not a guaranteed offer, price, timeline, or result. Final scope, deliverables, revisions, fees, and schedules will be confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and content they have the right to use. Delays or incomplete materials may affect schedules. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final content, spelling, pricing, claims, and regulatory requirements before publication or production.
Intellectual property
AM Design Solutions retains ownership of its website, processes, templates, concepts, and pre-existing materials. Ownership or license rights for client deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement and may depend on full payment. Third-party fonts, stock media, software, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Payments and cancellations
Fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, work may pause when a required payment or client response is overdue.
SMS terms
AM Design Solutions Inquiry and Updates Program
- Recipients who separately opt in may receive non-marketing messages about inquiries, consultations, appointments, projects, and service updates. Recipients who separately opt in to marketing may also receive offers, promotions, and announcements.
- You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After a STOP request is processed, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the AM Design Solutions SMS program.
Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to abuse the inquiry form.
No guaranteed results
Design quality, marketing response, lead volume, sales, revenue, customer behavior, platform availability, and automation performance depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, ranking, delivery, or conversion results.
Third-party services
Some services may rely on outside platforms such as hosting, CRM, communications, payment, scheduling, social-media, or printing providers. Their availability, policies, fees, and performance are controlled by those providers.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Design Solutions disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any project agreement may contain additional dispute-resolution terms.
